SUPPLEMENTED MATERIAL EVENT OF 30 DECEMBER 2003



Having come into force new wording of

Company Law of Republic of Lithuania since

1 January 2004, Sanitas AB supplements the

material event about the first after reorganization

of the Company shareholders meeting convocation

on 11 February 2004, at 10 a. m. and informs that

the accounting day is 4 February 2004.
