DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT  BOARD



On 27 January 2004, the following decisions were taken by the Management Board

of Anyksciu Vynas AB:

1.To appoint Marketing Director, currently Acting Director General of Anyksciu

Vynas AB, Mr. Ceslovas Matulevicius as Director General of the company as of 27

 January 2004 for the term of the Management Board elected on 6 March 2003.

2.To elect Director General of Anyksciu Vynas AB and member of the Management

Board of Anyksciu Vynas AB Mr. Ceslovas Matulevicius as Chairman of the

Management Board of the company.
