NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF ROKISKIO SURIS AB



On 23 January 2004, Bank of Bermuda (Luxembourg) lost all the votes of Rokiskio

Suris AB (16.24%).

On 23 January 2004, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UK) lost

all the votes of Rokiskio Suris AB (27.15%).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the NSEL on

30 January 2004.
