NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE ACQUISITION AND THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF

PANEVEZIO PIENAS AB



On 30 January 2004, A/S "Prudentia Ieguldijumu Parvaldes Sabiedriba" lost all

the votes of Panevezio Pienas AB (35.30 %).

On 30 January 2004, SIA “Prudentia” acquired 35.30 % of Panevezio Pienas AB

votes by the right of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 6 February 2004.
