CENTRAL MARKET TRADING WILL BE SUSPEND IN SECURITIES OF STUMBRAS AB



Central market trading will be suspended in ORS of Stumbras AB (code 11943) on

12 February 2004 due to the shareholders’ meeting to take place on 18 February

2004. Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary contributions.
