CHAIRMAN AND DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD ELECTED



On 5 February 2004, the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the NSEL was held

which elected Raimondas Sedlevicius, Head of the Share Management Department

of the State Property Fund VĮ, Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Giedrius

Steponkus, Director of the G. Steponkaus financial brokerage firm, was elected

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
