Currently Dvarcioniu Keramika AB is implementing an integrated accounting

management system. Besides, the Company is undergoing transition to accounting

according to the International Accounting Standards and consolidated accounts.

Therefore the Company intends to submit its draft financial accounts (balance

sheet, profit-loss account) to the NSEL later, by 1 April 2004.
