The company LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB intends to announce the results from

operations for the year 2003 by 17 March 2004, because announcement of

performance results of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB is a material event in respect

of the Company’s controlling shareholder, DFDS A/S and, based on the principle

of simultaneous disclosure, can be only disclosed after this information has

been submitted to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by DFDS A/S.
