REORGANISATION OVER



On March 4, 2004 the Register of Legal Entities notified that the new wording

of AB Klaipėdos transporto laivynas continuing its activities following the

reorganisation was registered with the Register of Legal Entities, and UAB

Limarko laivininkystės kompanija ceasing its activities following the

reorganisation was de-registered on February 27, 2004. Therefore, the

reorganisation of AB Klaipėdos transporto laivynas and UAB Limarko

laivininkystės kompanija by way of merger is deemed completed as of February

27, 2004.
