TRADING IN SECURITIES OF INVALDA AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY

THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 22 March 2004, trading in ORS of Invalda AB (code 10227) will be suspended

until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 22-03-2004 ).

Approval of annual accounts. (Decision of the Board of the NSEL of 8 March

2004).
