NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF APRANGA APB



On 3 March 2004,  MG Baltic Investment UAB owned 73.80 % of Apranga APB  votes

by the right of ownership (number of votes before the loss of the block of

shares was 78.80 %).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the NSEL on

12 March 2004
