TRADING WILL BE SUSPEND IN SECURITIES OF ALYTAUS TEKSTILE AB



Central market trading will be suspended in ORS of Alytaus Tekstile AB (code

10090) on 25 March 2004. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

30-03-2004). Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary

contributions.



On 30 March 2004, trading in ORS of Alytaus Tekstile AB (code 10090) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 30-03-2004 ).

Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary contributions.
