TRADING IN SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS BALDAI AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 13 April 2004, trading in ORS of Klaipedos Baldai AB (code 10297) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 13-04-2004 ).

Approval of annual accounts.(Decision of the Board of the NSEL of 22 March
