NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF UTENOS TRIKOTAZAS AB



On 17 March 2004, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development lost

all the votes of Utenos Trikotazas AB (28,60 %).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the NSEL

on 22 March 2004.
