Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Klaipedos

Transporto Laivynas AB (code 11964) from 25 March 2004, inclusive; issue is

reduced (decision of the Listing Department, 22 March 2004).

On 24 March 2004, at the Central Securities Depository a issue of Klaipedos

Transporto Laivynas  AB will be reduced. After the change, the size of issue

11964 will be 109 450 664 units, nominal value: LTL 1, the total nominal value:

LTL 109 450 664.
