REGARDING AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2003



On 26 March 2004, the Management Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta

approved financial statements of AB Mazeikiu Nafta for the year

2003, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the laws

of the Republic of Lithuania and US GAAP standards.

According to the US GAAP standards, the audited net profit for

2003 of AB Mazeikiu Nafta amounts to LTL 220 946 thousand.
