Audited sales of EKRANAS AB  - LTL 462.3 million,

audited net profit -  LTL 20.2 million for the year 2003.



AB EKRANAS Board will propose the general shareholder’s meeting

of AB EKRANAS to pay LTL 1.3 million in dividends or 0.037 LTL

per share for the year 2003.
