TRADING IN SECURITIES OF SANITAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY

THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 23 April 2004, trading in ORS of Sanitas AB (code 10617) will be suspended

until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 23-04-2004 ).

Approval of annual accounts. Reduction of the authorized capital (by annulling

the acquired own shares).(Resolutions of the Board of the NSEL of 19 April

2004).
