TRADING IN SECURITIES OF EKRANAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED

27 April 2004. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

30-04-2004). Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary

contributions.

On 30 April 2004, trading in ORS of Ekranas AB (code 10423) will be suspended

until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL
