TRADING IN SECURITIES OF PIENO ZVAIGZDES AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 27 April 2004, trading in ORS of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB (code 11167) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 27-04-2004 ).
