TRADING IN SECURITIES OF PRAMPROJEKTAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 27 April 2004, trading in ORS of Pramprojektas AB (code 10321) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the

NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

27-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts (Resolutions of the Board of the

NSEL of 19 April 2004).
