CONCERNING OPERATION RESULTS DURING THE FIRST QUARTER

Due to the fact that from 1 January 2004 Lietuvos Dujos AB has been working

under a new management system and that the company’s financial statements are

undergoing revision according to the International Accounting Standards, the

company intends to submit information about the results from operations during

the first quarter of 2004, the Balance-sheet and the Profit (Loss) Account

before 20 May 2004.
