On 30 April 2004, the Supervisory Board meeting removed the Board members upon

expiration of the term and elected the Board of the following composition:

Gintaras Cizikas, Kestutis Mindaugas Juozaitis, Rymantas Juozaitis, Staniskovas

Karciauskas, Hendrikas Matulionis, Andrius Stankevicius, Algirdas Vaitiekunas

(Chairman).
