NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF VILNIAUS VINGIS AB



On 7 May 2004, Vinvesta UAB lost all the votes of Vilniaus Vingis AB (number of

votes before the loss of the block of shares was 20.14 %).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the NSEL on

10 May 2004.
