ORS OF EGLS SANATORIJA AB WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CURRENT LIST AND WILL BE

ATTRIBUTED TO UNLISTED SECURITIES



On 1 July 2004 ORS of Egls Sanatorija AB (code 11919) will be removed from the

Current List and will be attributed to Unlisted Securities. Section 135.2 of

the Stock Exchange Trading Rules (”the issuer so requests”). Securities of

Egles Sanatorija AB were temporarily included into the Current Trading List due

to buy back of its own shares Reduction of share face value (Resolutions of the

Board of the NSEL of 31 May 2004).
