CHANGE OF SHARE NOMINAL VALUE



According extraordinary shareholders meeting, that took place on

2004.05.31,  decision regarding nominal share value increase from LTL

1.00 to LTL 109.00 without increasing shareholders capital, this is

to inform that the nominal share value increase was executed on

2004.06.04 and consequently Central Securities Depository of

Lithuania made corresponding changes into the general security accounts.
