Regarding bank subsidiaries



Notice is hereby given that it was decided on 30 June 2004:

1. to invest in bank subsidiary UAB “Verslo vizija” LTL990 000 (nine hundred

ninety thousand), i.e. increase the authorised capital of UAB “Verslo vizija” to

reach the amount of LTL1 000 000 (one million);

2. establish a new bank subsidiary and invest in the company under establishment

LTL10 000 (ten thousand), i.e. form the authorised capital of the private

company in the amount of LTL10 000.
