On 22 July 2004, trading in securities of Siauliu Bankas AB (code 10225) will be

renewed and price variation limits will not be applied. At the shareholders’

meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the company by

additional contributions (Resolution of the Listing Department of 21 July 2004).
