On August 26, 2004, Alita AB owned 96.58% of Anyksciu Vynas AB votes by the

right of ownership (number of votes before the acquisition of the block of

shares was 74.19%).

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on September 1, 2004.
