suspended  on September 21, 2004,  due to the general meeting of shareholders to

be held on September 24, 2004 and increase of the authorized capital out of

supplementary contributions.



Trading in ORS of Stumbras AB (code of securities 11943) will be suspended on

September 24, 2004 until the announcement day through the information system of

the VSE inclusive, due to general meeting of shareholders to be held on

September 24, 2004 and increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary

contributions.
