Notice on termination of branch activities



Starting from 1 October 2004 the activities of the following branches of Rytu

Skirstomieji Tinklai AB are terminated: Vilniaus Elektros Tinklai

(identification code 2225657), Panevezio Elektros Tinklai (identification

code 4724812), Alytaus Elektros Tinklai(identification code 4950796), and Utenos

Elektros Tinklai (identification code 8360729). The activities of the

abovementioned branches will be pursued by regions - the company's structural

subdivisions having no status of a branch.
