On October 1, 2004, InCompleks LLC owned 12.35% of Kauno Tiekimas AB votes by

the right of ownership (number of votes before the acquisition of the block of

shares was 9.85%).

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on October 8, 2004.
