Results of shares emission



LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB finalized the issue of the ordinary registered shares

for the amount of LTL 12.000.000 registered by the Lithuanian Securities

Commission on 22 July 2004. Only the company’s shareholder DFDS A/S signed the

agreement on subscription and acquired 8.640.000 shares. On 11 October 2004

LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB has registered the new edition of Articles of

Association with the authorized capital of LTL 332 547 434 at the Register of

legal entities.
