Results of new share issue



1) Payment for the share issue of AB Lietuvos Dujos was finalized on 1 October

2004 (Securities registration No. A01091126);

2) 128 190 419 ordinary registered shares with the par value of 1 Litas were

subscribed and fully paid for during the subscription and payment period;

3) At the Board meeting of AB Lietuvos Dujos of 14 October 2004, factual results

of distribution of the company’s shares and a new edition of the Bylaws of

Company with the increased share capital were approved;

4) The share capital shall be increased by 128 190 419 Litas, from 340 877 835

Litas to 469 068 254 Litas by additional contributions, issuing 128 190 419

ordinary registered shares with the par value of 1 Litas;

5) The Bylaws of the company will be soon submitted for registration to the

Register of legal entities.
