Performance Results for the Period of January – September 2004



During 9 months of the current year, Grigiskes AB, the largest Lithuanian

producer of wood fibre board and sanitary and daily use paper products, sold

goods and provided services for LTL 72,104 thousand, which by 29.2% exceeded the

amount for the same period of 2003, when the sales of goods and services

totalled LTL 55,799 thousand. The company's profit increased by 27.9% and it

currently reached LTL 6,159.2 thousand (a year ago it made up LTL 4,814

thousand).

In September, the company earned a profit of LTL 852 thousand. As compared with

September of 2003, the company's profit augmented by a factor of 1.3 (it made

up LTL 676 thousand in September 2003).

The sales and services of the company in September rose by 27.8% if compared to

the same period of 2003 and totalled LTL 8,497 thousand. In September 2003, the

sales and services generated LTL 6,647 thousand.
