Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Lisco Baltic

Service AB (code 12598) from October 25, 2004, inclusive; the new issue of ORS

is added (decision of the Listing Department, as of October 21, 2004).

On October 22, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the new issue of ORS

of Lisco Baltic Service AB will be added. After the change, the size of issue

12598 will be 332 547 434 units, nominal value of LTL 1, the total nominal value

of LTL 332 547 434.
