Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB submitted a written notification to the VSE that

on December 2, 2004 documents concerning the reduction of the nominal value of

shares will be submitted to the Register of Enterprises.

Therefore, trading in securities of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12637)

will be suspended on

November 29, 2004 until the day of correction of the general account at the

Central Securities Depository, inclusive.

Paragraphs 149 and 144 of the Vilnius Stock Exchange Trading Rules (reduction of

the authorized capital by reducing nominal value of shares).
