suspended on December 22, 2004, due to the general meeting of shareholders to be

held on December 27, 2004 and increase of the authorized capital out of

supplementary contributions.



Trading in ORS of Gubernija AB (code of securities 11435) will be suspended on

December 27, 2004 until the announcement day through the information system of

the VSE inclusive, due to general meeting of shareholders to be held on December

27, 2004 and increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary

contributions.
