Lithuania's Register of Legal Persons. The reorganization of Pieno Zaigzdes AB

and Panevezio Pienas AB by way of acquisition shall be considered finished since

the day of the registration of the new wording of the Articles of Association of

Pieno zvaigzdes AB. The authorized capital of

Pieno zvaigzdes AB, continuing after reorganization, amounts to LTL 54 205 031

(fifty four million two hundred and five thousand and thirty one litas). The

company has been assigned a new company code 1246 65536.
