Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Invalda AB (code

10227) from December 23, 2004, inclusive; the new issue of ORS is added

(decision of the Listing Department, as of December 21, 2004).

On December 23, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the new issue of ORS

of Invalda AB will be added. After the change, the size of the issue 10227 will

be 40 417 339 units, nominal value of LTL 1 the total nominal value of LTL 40

417 339.
