On December 23, 2004, Rokiskio Suris AB owned 4,99% of Zemaitijos Pienas AB

votes by the right of ownership (number of votes before the loss of the block of

shares was 7.19%).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the VSE on

December 28, 2004.
