AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva to place a bond issue with the face value LTL 50

million at 3.25 per cent fixed interest rate



On 13 January 2005 (Thursday), The Securities Commission of the Republic of

Lithuania registered a 3-year bond issue with the face value of LTL 50 million

(500.000 bonds with LTL 100 face value each) at 3.25 per cent fixed interest

rate (Securities Registration No. B-5268).

The bonds will be sold through the bank’s network from January 17 till March 16

(inclusive) 2005. They will be on the current list of Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The Prospectus of the bond issue and a free copy will be available in AB Bankas

NORD/LB Lietuva branches where the bonds are sold during business hours. The
