1. The company’s preliminary unaudited profit of ordinary activity for the 2004

year is LTL 6774 thousand, pre-tax profit is LTL 349.4 thousand.

2. The Board of "Linas" AB approved strategic goals for year 2005:

the sales revenue: pessimistic prognosis - LTL 67.8M, realistic - LTL 74M,

optimistic - LTL 77.7M; the profit before taxes: pessimistic prognosis - LTL

0.5M, realistic - LTL 3.5M, optimistic - LTL 6 M; investment – LTL 3M.
