Decisions of the Board



On 8 February 2005, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas decided from 9 February

2005 to appoint Darius Didžgalvis to the position of Chief Operating Officer –

Deputy General Manager of AB Lietuvos Telekomas.



The Board decided to approve the following members of the Board as members of

the Remuneration committee for the new term: Gintautas Žintelis, Morgan Ekberg

and Andrius Šukys.
