Registered bonds of Vilniaus bankas AB (code of securities 40305, revised

abbreviation VLB1) will be admitted to the Current Trading List on February 25,

2005, as the issuer fulfilled the terms (the requirement of item 99.6 of the

Trading Rules of the Exchange) set forth in the decision of the VSE Board (dated

Jan. 24, 2005, Minutes No. 19) and submitted the supporting documents.

February 25, 2005 is considered to be the first day of quoting the security in

the Current Trading List.
