The decision (Minutes No.23) of the VSE Management Board as of 2005-03-07

regarding suspension of trade on the central market in the securities of Bankas

Snoras AB (code of securities 10192) on 2005-03-24 was recalled.

The item regarding an increase of the bank’s authorized capital by additional

contributions that is included in the agenda of the general meeting of

shareholders to be held on March 30, 2005 is revoked.
