The Board of Mazeikiu Nafta AB at its meeting held on March 25, 2005 decided to

approve the 2004 financial statements of the company prepared in compliance with

the requirements of the Republic of Lithuania laws and US GAAP standards.

The audited consolidated net profit of Mazeikiu Nafta AB according to US

generally accepted accounting standards (US GAAP) for the year 2004 totals LTL

721.883 m.
