The Board of Mazeikiu Nafta AB passed a decision at its meeting held on March

25, 2005 to approve the draft 2004 profit (loss) appropriation of Mazeikiu Nafta

AB:

to transfer 5% of net profit to the legal reserve and carry the residual

unappropriated profit at the end of the reported financial year to the next

year.
