Proposed dividends for 2004



The general meeting of shareholders of the company to be held on April 27 will

get a proposal to pay dividend to shareholders in the amount of 6 cents per

share worth LTL 1 by nominal value, allocating a total amount of LTL 1.384 m for

dividend payment.
