Trading in securities of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB will be suspended



Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB submitted a written notification to the VSE that

on 25 April 2005

documents concerning change of the nominal value of shares will be submitted to

the Register of Enterprises. Therefore, trading in securities of Vakaru

Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12637) will be suspended on 20 April 2005 until

the day of correction of the general account at the Central Securities

Depository, inclusively. Paragraph 144 of the Stock Exchange Trading Rules

(increase of the authorized capital out of the company’s funds by increasing the

nominal value of shares).
